Clinical Pharmacist - : Dallas, TX

RPh on the Go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a growing pharmacy team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, day shift position offering the opportunity to work in a specialized pharmacy environment focused on quality patient care and sterile compounding.

Position Details:
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Day Shift

Responsibilities:
• Review prescriptions from physicians and authorized prescribers for accuracy and determine required formulas and ingredients.
• Prepare, fill, and compound medications using established formulas and processes, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Enter and maintain patient medication records, prescription information, and inventory data.
• Provide drug usage reports to pharmaceutical partners as needed.
• Complete PMP reporting in compliance with state requirements.
• Support pharmacy operations while ensuring patient needs are met according to physician requests, policies, and best practices.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and ongoing medication therapy monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Assist Pharmacy Leadership with maintaining and updating pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to support professional growth and pharmacy excellence.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license in good standing (additional state licenses a plus).
• USP <797> sterile compounding experience required.
• IV/infusion pharmacy experience required.
• Intrathecal experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
