Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Noninvasive Cardiologist to become a part of our Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute team at Saint Mary’s Hospital located in Waterbury, Connecticut.
This role presents a remarkable chance to showcase your expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiac conditions, from the most common to the highly complex.

As part of the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting consultations and tests while providing care in both outpatient and hospital environments.
- Collaborating with cardiac care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Possibility of holding an academic position at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine or the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, if desired.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A keen interest in cardiac rehabilitation and noninvasive cardiac testing.
- Proficiency in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), stress testing, cardioversion, Holter monitoring, and additional relevant procedures.
- Board eligibility or certification in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Disease.
- A valid medical license in Connecticut.
- Completion of a residency program accredited by the US ACGME.
We are open to considering candidates eligible for the 2027 J1 waiver.
