Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Opening Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

A degree from an accredited school of Nursing

An active, current LPN license in applicable state or reciprocation

1+ years' full-time LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility

BLS through American Heart Association or equivalent
