Exciting Opportunity for Oncology RNs

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for Registered Nurses (RNs) with over 2 years of experience in Oncology or Acute Care. New graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Compensation: Earn between $432.00 and $589.92 gross per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime is compensated according to applicable laws).

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, including days, nights, and mid shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center.
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult patients with diagnosed malignancies.
  • Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
  • Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
  • Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
  • Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
