OBGYN Physician - Flowood, MS

Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Associate Physician to become part of our dynamic, patient-focused team in Jackson and Flowood, Mississippi. As a well-established practice dedicated to ‘Healthcare for Women by Women,’ we take pride in offering comprehensive services that span all life stages, including obstetrics, gynecology, robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness care.

• Physician-Led, All-Partner Group: Enjoy a clear pathway to partnership in a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere, typically achievable within 2-3 years.

• Strong Team Culture: Collaborate with 5 seasoned OB/GYN physicians and 2 advanced practice providers in a friendly, family-oriented environment that prioritizes teamwork, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance.

• Balanced Lifestyle:

  • 3.5 clinic days (including a half-day on Fridays) plus 1 day dedicated to administration or surgery.

  • Favorable call schedule of 1:10 shared with three local practices:

    • Approximately 21 weekday calls per year (beeper; expected volume to decrease as the hospitalist program grows).

    • About 5 weekend calls annually.

    • Day off following weekend shifts.
