Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician - Core Faculty
We are currently looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a Core Faculty member in our Family Medicine residency program at a primary care facility located in Newark, NJ. Established in 1984, this center has been a vital part of the Newark community, providing essential primary care services to underserved populations. This role uniquely combines impactful clinical practice with academic mentorship in an urban environment.
Role Overview
As a Core Faculty member, you will be instrumental in guiding the future of healthcare by training the next generation of physicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical Supervision: Mentoring residents in various areas of Family Medicine, encompassing inpatient and outpatient care, women's health, obstetrics, sports medicine, geriatrics, and sleep medicine.
- Academic Development: Assisting in the creation of the residency curriculum, delivering educational lectures, and introducing innovative programs.
- Collaborative Environment: Collaborating with a diverse team of full-time internists, pediatricians, and specialized nursing staff.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected minimum salary range for this position is between $224,000 and $359,000. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
