Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational TherapistGuide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activitiesProvide training in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, and toiletingInstruct patients in the safe and effective use of assistive and adaptive equipmentSupport motor, cognitive, and fine motor skill developmentMonitor patient progress and adjust activities within established treatment plansDocument therapy sessions accurately and communicate patient progress or concerns to the supervising OTAssist patients across the lifespan maintaining or improving independence at home, school, work, or in the community
