BC/BE physician required.
Completion of Hospice/Palliative Medicine fellowship preferred.
1-3 years of hospice medical director experience preferred.

Full time position serving as Hospice Medical Director for Avera Hospice Sioux Falls (80%) and Lead Hospice Medical Director for Avera Hospice system (20%).

Census between 130-150 home hospice patients.
Contribute to the inter-disciplinary team and oversee clinical aspects of patient care, modeling excellent communication skills, integrity, compassion, and accountability.
