Augusta Health is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our Post-Acute & Rehabilitation Services team on a temporary basis. This role provides clinical oversight for an 8-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)and a 13-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) within a community hospital setting. The position offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable 1 week on / 1 week off schedule (26 weeks per year).

• Post-acute/SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Minimal weekend rounding; consultative night call

Salary

Starting Salary $335,240

Relocation: $10,000 (receipt based)

CME: $4200.00
