<p><b>Come create your career with Volt!</b></p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring a Commercial Operations Manager in Rio Rancho NM.</b></p> <p><b>As a Commercial Operations Manager you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Manage contract updates, amendments, terminations, term sheets, and customer, representative, and supplier agreements</li> <li>Develop, document, train, and oversee sales and business development processes and protocols</li> <li>Administer onboarding and offboarding activities for sales managers, representatives, distributors, and business partners</li> <li>Manage RFQ and bid responses, tracking, and reporting</li> <li>Support customer and partner visits and coordinate follow-up actions</li> <li>Maintain CRM, ERP, customer, product, agreement, and campaign databases</li> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP systems supporting Sales, Business Development, and Marketing functions</li> <li>Analyze data and create reports to support management decision-making</li> <li>Oversee customer surveys, dashboards, KPI reporting, and program reviews</li> <li>Coordinate administrative support activities for account managers and sales teams</li> <li>Support sales leadership with order management, invoicing, customer escalations, and special transactions</li> <li>Administer customer rewards and retention programs</li> <li>Coordinate pricing lists, revision control, marketing collateral, technical documentation, customer approvals, and specifications</li> <li>Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and support account expansion strategies</li> <li>Analyze CRM, ERP, transaction history, repair activity, quotes, and operational data to uncover revenue opportunities</li> <li>Lead revenue recovery and account penetration initiatives</li> <li>Monitor customer purchasing trends and competitive activity</li> <li>Maintain opportunity tracking systems, KPI dashboards, and sales performance reports</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.</b></p> <p><b>Commercial Operations Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related field</li> <li>Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, quoting, sales operations, and customer relationship management systems</li> <li>Excellent analytical, business intelligence, and reporting skills</li> <li>Experience creating and managing KPIs, dashboards, sales metrics, and performance reports</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple departments</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and decision-making abilities</li> <li>Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment</li> <li>Aerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, or other highly regulated B2B industry experience preferred</li> <li>Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
