Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Procurement Organization supporting supplier onboarding, supplier data management, and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across global teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $18 to $25 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?
  • Support supplier onboarding and supplier data activities as part of the GEP procurement implementation.
  • Assist the process lead in identifying process gaps, improvement opportunities, and process stabilization efforts.
  • Track process issues, risks, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, training materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Support report reviews, testing activities, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain issue logs and action trackers to support continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendor master teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve open items.
  • Perform supplier data analysis, data validation, and data cleanup activities to improve data quality.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in business support, procurement operations, supplier onboarding, data management, project coordination, shared services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, go-live activities, or stabilization efforts is preferred.
  • Experience creating process documentation, training materials, or standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with supplier data management, data quality, or data cleanup activities.
  • Familiarity with GEP or other Procurement/ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a global, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools.
