<div><img src="https://abdcdn.abdcloud.net/101126/295f1d3c-e5b7-4910-8551-c18e10e0ac99.jpg" ></div><div><br></div><div><strong><span >C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Restoration Technician in Jefferson City.</span></strong></div><div><br></div><div>Salary/hours for Restoration Technician: $17/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul ><li>inspect, monitor, and complete tasks to ensure completion of drying, demolition, and other various restoration duties</li><li>perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal/disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition</li><li>set up and monitor drying equipment</li><li>may perform and supervise other services we offer including cleaning duties (i.e. construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning, etc) </li><li>complete assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job</li><li>responsible for on-job documentation through company applications and any other necessary paperwork which may include monitoring jobs and utilizing company software application, taking photos before, during, and completion photos on jobs</li></ul><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record </li><li>Clean background </li><li>Basic computer and phone/tablet knowledge</li><li>Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance or related field preferred</li><li>Ability to work well independently as well as with a team and possess critical thinking skills</li><li>Good customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills</li><li>Ability to follow product label usage instructions</li><li>Ability to utilize ladders and work at ceiling heights</li><li>Ability to wear PPE on hazardous jobs (Tyvek suit, respirator, gloves, etc.)</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Apply online (including resume) and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City. </div><div><br></div><div>106537</div><div><br></div><div>#BB</div><div><br></div>PandoLogic.
