Manager of Sterile Processing / Sterile Processing Manager

Education:

• Required: Two-Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST/CSPDT


• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Certifications:

• CSPDT or IAHCSMM (CRCST) certification required

Experience:

• 3+ years in Sterile Processing


• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role


• Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills


• Knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control

Department Details:

• 7 Team Leads, ~80 FTEs


• Uses SPM Workflow system


• Supports: Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D, Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics
