Nurse Manager - High Risk Antepartum

What You Will Do

This leadership role will oversee the inpatient High Risk Antepartum unit as well as the system OB Float Pool

• Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process.

Education

• (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or


• Other Accredited Program: (MN) Master in Nursing (Required)


• Master's Degree for Level 4 NICU, Labor &Delivery, Post-Partum and Antenatal (Required)

Work Experience

• 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience required women's health experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required) and


• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)


• Certification in clinical or leadership specialty (Required within 1 Year)
