We are proud to have become a shining example of what's possible when the brightest professionals dedicate themselves to making a difference in the healthcare industry, and in people's lives.</p><p><b>Work Shift</b></p><h2><b>Job Summary:</b></h2><p>Evaluation and treatment of patients primarily in the Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital determined by business need; daily documentation and charging in the EMR; education of patients, families and staff as appropriate; communication of patient progress in clinical conference; communication with other team members daily; preparing equipment orders; contacting vendors for equipment; communication with outside physicians and other professionals.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Performs initial and discharge evaluations, sets goals and treatment plan and documents appropriately.</p></li><li><p>Develops treatment plan and performs optimal treatment in a timely manner to meet functional goals.</p></li><li><p>Determines therapy educational needs and provides PRN.</p></li><li><p>Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team.</p></li><li><p>Serves as CI/mentor for interns as needed</p></li><li><p>Participates in hospital and discipline specific skills check</p></li></ul><p>Required Minimum Education</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required</p></li><li><p>Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred</p></li></ul><p>Required Minimum Experience</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred</p></li></ul><p>Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s</p><ul><li><p>BLS • Licensure(s)</p></li><li><p>GA PT license or eligible</p></li></ul><p>Required Minimum Skills</p><ul><li><p>Basic computer literacy</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful work—and enjoy a more rewarding life.
