Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
Pay Range: $16.34 - $21.00 per hour

Adecco is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support manufacturing operations in Devens, MA and Clinton, MA. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the production process while helping ensure inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, and issue materials used in manufacturing operations.

• Perform dock-to-stock activities, material requisitions, floor returns, transfers, kit handling, manual pulls, and highly marketable part (HMP) transactions.

• Accurately process inventory and material transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through transaction verification and routine cycle counts.

• Support warehouse and production operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist with additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or material handling environment preferred.

• Experience using barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
