Electrical Engineer – Hardware & Systems Integration
Ready to Hire | Senior-Level | Make an Immediate Impact
Are you an experienced electrical engineer who thrives on designing real-world hardware from concept through production? We're looking for a hands-on engineer to lead the design, validation, and integration of advanced industrial systems, including precision optical inspection equipment and aerospace-grade processing hardware.
This is an opportunity to own critical electrical systems, solve complex engineering challenges, and work alongside firmware, mechanical, optical, and manufacturing experts to bring cutting-edge products to market.
What You'll Do
Design and develop multi-layer PCB assemblies and electrical systems for advanced industrial equipment.
Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, board bring-up, and hands-on electrical debugging.
Analyze and validate signal integrity, power integrity, and system performance.
Design robust power delivery solutions, including high-frequency MOSFET-based DC-DC converters and noise-sensitive power conditioning.
Integrate imaging systems and high-speed interfaces including MIPI CSI-2, DSI, and USB3 Vision.
Support manufacturing through DFM, test fixture development, production validation, and hardware release.
Collaborate across electrical, firmware, mechanical, optical, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, production-ready products.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 3 years minimum of hands-on electrical hardware design experience.
Expert experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools.
Strong background in multi-layer PCB design, board bring-up, and lab debugging.
Experience with signal integrity, controlled impedance routing, and high-speed PCB design.
Proven expertise designing MOSFET-based high-frequency DC-DC switching power supplies and power conditioning circuits.
Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electrical test equipment.
Experience with EMC/CE compliance, grounding, shielding, and filtering.
Knowledge of embedded systems, firmware debugging, and Python scripting.
Experience with wire harnesses, connector selection, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Why Join Us?
Work on sophisticated industrial and aerospace technologies.
