Job Description

Serving as the Company's senior operational representative for its operating assets, the Director ensures facilities are operated safely, reliably, and in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and financial requirements. Working closely with our Business Development team, joint venture partners, Construction Management lead, Finance, Energy & Commercial Management, Legal, and Executive Leadership, the Director will develop and implement operational strategies that maximize asset availability, reliability, revenue generation, and lifecycle value while supporting PPH's long-term growth objectives.

The Director provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of asset operations, including management of operating personnel, third-party O&M contractors, and other service providers. The position is responsible for implementing and administering operating, maintenance and management agreements, establishing operating budgets and performance objectives, monitoring asset performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The Director will also support project acquisitions, new developments, and strategic business initiatives by ensuring operational considerations are incorporated throughout the asset lifecycle.

The position will be based in the Woodlands, TX and will require overnight travel to customer and plant locations.

This position reports directly to the President and collaborates closely with the Asset Management commercial leads.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead the safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient operation of the PPH's generating assets to maximize operational performance and long-term asset value.

· Provide leadership and oversight of operating personnel, third-party operators, contractors, and other service providers.

· Develop and implement asset operating strategies, standards, policies, and best practices.

· Monitor asset performance, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.

· Oversee operating and maintenance budgets, capital improvement plans, and lifecycle asset management strategies.

· Administer operating agreements, including O&M, operating services, warranties, interconnection, land, and other asset-related contracts.

· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, permits, financing agreements, and contractual obligations.

· Identify and mitigate operational, technical, commercial, and regulatory risks affecting the Company's operating assets.

· Lead the resolution of significant operational events, equipment failures, and major outages, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

· Coordinate with Energy & Commercial Management to maximize asset availability while supporting revenue optimization and contractual performance.

· Collaborate with Business Development and Construction Management to support project acquisitions, new developments, commissioning, and operational readiness.

· Leverage operational technology, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making to improve asset reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle performance.

· Build and maintain effective relationships with joint venture partners, utilities, lenders, regulators, OEMs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

· Prepare and present operational performance, strategic initiatives, and key risks to executive management and other stakeholders.

· Recruit, develop, and lead the Asset Operations team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
