• Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, experienced midwives, and APPs
• Balanced practice with inpatient and outpatient care plus flexibility to tailor your OB and GYN mix
• Dedicated OR block time and an established referral network with approximately 1,100 annual deliveries
• Opportunity to teach residents while practicing in a supportive academic environment

• Typical week includes 2 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 1 call day
• Shared 1:8 call rotation with 12-hour OB shifts
• Midwives provide first-call coverage and inpatient triage to support physician workflow
• Efficient clinic schedule averaging approximately 18 patients per day

• Competitive base salary with productivity incentives
• 20,000 sign-on bonus plus up to 10,000 relocation assistance
