Consistent full-time schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers
Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation
Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework
Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans
Work safely in active job sites
Coordinate with crew members on-site
Inspect and maintain equipment
Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Travel to and work on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, PA home base
2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework
Heavy civil construction experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and site layouts
Strong understanding of job site safety practices
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field crews
Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Aston, PA and surrounding job sites
