Position Description: POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform daily housekeeping and safety functions associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the entire DiCarlo facility and grounds.
Shift: Overnight
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfill daily tasks associated with the cleanliness of the facilities and grounds maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. as necessary to maintain a safe and clean environment
Follow regulated safety guidelines when using cleaning supplies
Maintain communication with the Supervisor regarding safety issues and repairs
Uphold proper guidelines when utilizing cleaning solutions near stored products
During inclement weather, assist in salting and snow removal
Report any visually damaged products to management for inspection
Troubleshooting – Report unclean or unsafe (spills, breakages, etc.) to Management
Assist the Supervisor in performing repairs
