Our client, a leader in facilities management and project coordination, is seeking a Project Manager. As a Project Manager - You will be part of the Facilities and Projects Department supporting the wider organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve project goals and ensure seamless integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering staff development and maintaining high standards of competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and optimize outcomes.
- Support data collection, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with field work including progress photos and measurements.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a focus on facilities or non-IT projects.
- Proficiency in CAD (2+ years preferred) and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to various assignments.
- Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
