Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $28.00 to $32.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Set up, diagnose, and repair Manual & CNC machines (lathe, mills, shears, or grinders) to perform machining operations.
• Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, seals, valves, sensors, switches, wiring, and other components
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, startup, and modification.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair, modify, or install industrial components and structures.
• Execute pipe threading operations accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct general mechanical and electrical maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with machinery and equipment to diagnose and resolve problems promptly.
• Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Out of the Box Thinker!!!
• Industrial Machinist or Millwright preferred!
• 5+ years working with industrial electric motors or mechanical equipment.
• Experience with foundry equipment is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair industrial machinery.
• Mechanical, welding/fabricating, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic.
• Experience with induction furnaces, vibratory conveyors, and shot blast equipment is preferred.
• Ability to safely use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to dismantle and repair equipment.
