Shift: Mon-Fri 5 PM - 8 AM onsite, Full weekend coverage (Fri 7 PM - Sun 7 PM onsite)
Hours/week: Variable, based on shift schedule

Provide expert Neonatal or Critical Care nursing on a 24/7/365 basis
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document patient progress accurately in medical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Support family education and communication
Contribute to a safe and supportive clinical environmentWhat You Need Required:
Valid Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Experience in ICU or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) preferred
Ability to work onsite, flexible shifts, and weekend coverage
Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred:
Certification in Neonatology or Critical Care
