• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health conditions, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

You will primarily serve clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life-altering challenges, often heightened by the complex nature of health transitions. The clients you work with may come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be expected to approach each individual with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, providing a foundation of knowledge essential for effective therapy.
