Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize provided marketing support and client referral systems to help grow your caseload effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth, you will effectively provide care to those who may not have access to traditional in-person services, reaching clients in various living situations and from different backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.
  • Access to a secure home office space to ensure patient privacy and safety during remote sessions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements pertaining to mental health practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is essential.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology for telehealth practices, including video conferencing tools and other internal communication platforms.
  • Experience working collaboratively with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments for various mental health issues.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit with fellow health professionals.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent upon your caseload and professional experience.
