Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote) - Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services. This full-time, remote position involves working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to support infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to enhance child development and family engagement.

As a remote hospital-based social worker, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being an integral part of a compassionate, dedicated team. You will utilize virtual communication tools to connect with families and collaborate with professionals across our organization to provide quality care tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine eligibility for early intervention services.


• Engage with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address the specific needs of children.


• Monitor and document the progress of children and families throughout the intervention process, providing adjustments to plans as necessary.


• Deliver customized support and resources to families, enhancing their capacity to promote optimal development.


• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations surrounding early intervention services and ensure exceptional standards in practice.


• Build and nurture relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members, cultivating a supportive and effective learning environment.


• Design and champion individualized treatment strategies founded on evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles.


• Educate families through a coaching model, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to support their child's development in natural settings.

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. You will work directly with families in their natural environments, which allows for intervention in a familiar setting, enhancing family engagement and child responsiveness.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.


• Current and valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.


• Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel as necessary.


• Minimum of one year of professional experience in early intervention services with children and families.


• Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach to therapy and intervention.


• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for successful client interactions.

• Bilingual capabilities are highly favorable, enabling better communication with diverse families.
