In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, couples, families, and individuals using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.

Your work will primarily focus on addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges faced by individuals and families in the Las Vegas area. By providing support to clients who often have limited access to care, you will be instrumental in promoting their mental health recovery and overall well-being.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-focused care.
• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
