Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

  • Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, couples, families, and individuals using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and improve therapeutic outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges faced by individuals and families in the Las Vegas area. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
