Work EnvironmentThis position is entirely remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home while still being a vital part of the Diversus team. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance for our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized therapy for clients dealing with a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's unique needs, strengths, and growth areas, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.
- Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their personal values and circumstances.
- Deliver culturally competent care, respecting the diverse backgrounds and identities of all clients, and adapting therapeutic interventions appropriately.
- Maintain rigorous, accurate clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and state-specific guidelines.
- Engage in regular supervision, training, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in social work.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families undergoing stress due to grief or loss. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses, all requiring a tailored and empathetic approach to their care.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee, permitting independent practice.
- A strong commitment to client-centered care, demonstrated by a compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy.
- Proficiency in delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ideally supported by professional experience in a similar setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining an active role in a collaborative team environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to clients in varied settings.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate case documentation.
