This position offers a remote work setting—ideal for professionals seeking flexibility. While the role is primarily office-based, you will be working in a climate-controlled environment, interacting daily with other healthcare providers within our hospice center. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using recognized tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to diagnose and create individualized care plans that address the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient.


• Continuously monitor patient progress, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support mental health diagnoses and enhance patient outcomes throughout the treatment journey.


• Prepare, maintain, and share accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical information promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.


• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs, goals, and desired outcomes, emphasizing safety and symptom reduction strategies.


• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, establishing effective working relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies to ensure continuity of care.


• Mentor and provide educational opportunities for students, interns, residents, and volunteers, contributing to the growth of future social workers in the field.


• Engage in peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration efforts under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, contributing toward the collective development of team members.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Able Care Rehab Services, you will primarily support a patient population grappling with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. Your expertise will provide essential support for individuals and families navigating this difficult journey, offering hope and therapeutic strategies that foster resilience and coping.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.


• A current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working with oncology patients and their families is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.


• Prior experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is advantageous but not required.

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a signing bonus as a welcome to our team.
