This role primarily operates in a remote setting, combined with options for in-office consultations as needed. You will be working in a modern outpatient office environment, equipped with the latest digital technologies to support client care and facilitate telemedicine appointments. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients, focusing on their backgrounds, familial relationships, and personal challenges.
• Provide therapy to couples and families, addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and trauma from abuse.
• Facilitate individual sessions with clients that allow for personal growth and targeted treatment of psychological disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and facilitate referrals as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Transcend, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individual adults, couples, and families. Your practice will encompass various issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, medical issues, and communication barriers. We value a whole-family approach in treatment, ensuring that each client's unique context is considered in their therapeutic journey.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in individual and family therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms used for remote counseling.
• Background in addressing issues such as blended families, job stress, and interpersonal conflicts.
