• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs as they navigate end-of-life journeys.


• Providing both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to hospice care situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.


• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
