  • Act as a liaison within the community to foster collaboration and support for client development goals.

  • Maintain organized records that support accessibility of patient information to all relevant stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes both adults and youth. Our dedicated approach allows you to make significant connections with a variety of individuals facing unique challenges, whether they be related to mental illness, substance misuse, trauma, or family issues. By operating within a telehealth framework, you can deliver care to clients from various backgrounds who may otherwise face barriers to accessing appropriate mental health services.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee is required.

  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

  • Proficient in cooperating and engaging within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is crucial for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience

  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

  • A strong foundation in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

  • Experience in developing training materials and instructing staff on effective program execution.
