This remote position allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while collaborating with a supportive and innovative team of healthcare professionals. While you will work independently in your home office, you will have access to regular team meetings and guidance from experienced clinical supervisors. The clinic utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between counselors and clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess client mental health status and formulate personalized treatment plans.


• Develop and implement individualized interventions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs.


• Engage in regular therapy sessions via telehealth, maintaining consistency and flexibility for clients hindered by transportation or mobility challenges.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide an integrated approach to client care, participating in case conferences when necessary.


• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all clinical services rendered, including progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will foster a safe and non-judgmental environment that empowers clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them develop strategies to manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.


• Active licensure in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).


• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and interruptions.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.


• Background in trauma-informed care or experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).


• Experience in community health settings or outpatient clinics.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
