Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and adaptable Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in a fully remote capacity. • Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health challenges.


• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.


• Manage your scheduling of ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that reflects your availability and client needs.


• Collaborate with a billing service responsible for processing claims, managing client accounts, and performing eligibility checks while you focus on your therapeutic practice.


• Demonstrate the ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to work with diverse client presentations and needs, ensuring individualized treatment plans that promote optimal client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a broad spectrum of clients including children, adolescents, and adults requiring therapeutic support. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in a school setting is essential. You will play a critical role in guiding clients in navigating their mental health journeys, fostering resilience, and achieving personal growth.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.


• You must be licensed as an LCSW and have the ability to practice independently.


• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency are essential qualifications.


• Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills are crucial for success in this role.


• Availability for full-time work, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, plus at least two evenings per week for client appointments.

• While not required, significant training and/or hands-on experience working with couples is highly valued.


• A commitment to ongoing professional development and furthering your therapeutic skills is appreciated.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
