Wild Sun Behavioral and Health Wellness is actively seeking dedicated mental health therapists to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This position is designed for remote work, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic. However, our therapists engage regularly with colleagues and team members through digital platforms to maintain collaboration and provide the best care possible. Our work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, but some flexibility may be required based on client needs and schedules.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.


• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and remain adaptable in responding to client progress and feedback.


• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and legal adherence.


• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, during regular case consultations to enhance collective care quality.


• Engage in ongoing self-education and professional development, staying current with the latest research and best practices in the mental health field.


• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies and information about mental health conditions and available treatments.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including individuals navigating various mental health challenges. These may include severe anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compassionate care that recognizes each client’s unique circumstances and promotes their healing journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.


• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.


• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and methodologies for tailoring treatment plans to individual client needs.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to effectively address challenges encountered during therapy sessions.

While extensive experience is not required, candidates with exposure to community mental health settings, particularly those familiar with evidence-based practices, will be prioritized. Experience delivering telehealth services and using digital platforms for therapy may also enhance your suitability for this role.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
