• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, weaknesses, and needs, employing evidence-based methodologies.


• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions through various modalities—including individual, group, and family therapy—tailored to meet each client's unique situation.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to develop integrated care plans that support holistic wellness.


• Advocate for client access to necessary resources and services while providing guidance and support in navigating community systems.


• Document all client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.


• Engage proactively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and participating in peer supervision to foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

In your role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as mental health disorders, trauma, and socio-economic hardships. Your ability to connect with clients from varied cultural backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and facilitating healing.

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution is required for this position.


• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.


• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a preference for individuals currently working in a mental health or healthcare setting.


• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and collaboratively developing effective treatment plans.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.


• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in practice.

• Experience working in community health settings or organizations focused on serving low-income or underserved populations is highly favored.


• Familiarity with telehealth tools and electronic health record systems to streamline client interactions and documentation.
