We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services. Work Environment

Your practice will be primarily conducted in an outpatient mental health setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of seniors and their families.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with team members.

  • Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes as an integral member of our care team, ensuring responsive adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Provide direct support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the complexities of caring for elderly loved ones.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies to maintain high standards of practice.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and create a safe space for open dialogue.

  • Utilize various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques effectively to address the specific needs of the senior population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on seniors, a population that often faces unique challenges related to aging, health issues, and emotional distress. You will evaluate and address a range of psychosocial concerns, including depression, anxiety, and grief, while identifying resources available to enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will be vital in helping families understand and manage the transitions associated with aging, ultimately contributing to improved client satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  • Must possess an active LCSW licensure in California.

  • Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment practices relevant to the senior population and family dynamics.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Proven organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple cases and competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated understanding of age-related issues, providing competent support tailored to the developmental needs of seniors.

Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a clinician, with a focus on mental health care for seniors.

  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are strongly preferred as we aim to support diverse communities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
