Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that promote connection, sharing, and learning among clients.

  • Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Collaboratively develop coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and preferences.

  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our diverse team of healthcare professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, offering outpatient treatment in a state-of-the-art facility that integrates evidence-based practices with holistic approaches. Our clients often face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Through your compassionate interventions, you will help these young adults unlock their potential and achieve lasting wellness.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.

  • Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will possess:



  • Experience working with young adults in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient programs.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and holistic wellness practices.

  • Skills in conflict resolution and effective communication for diverse client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

We value the hard work and dedication of our counselors. The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually. In addition to a rewarding salary, we offer:
