As a remote position, this role allows therapists the flexibility to work comfortably from their chosen environments while maintaining regular interactions with team members. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges, using validated assessment tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic styles based on each individual's needs, to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Provide effective individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or mobility-related challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including case consultations and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest practices in mental health.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Proven experience and competence in delivering mental health counseling based on evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic and compassionate care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a caseload effectively.

• Experience working with a variety of treatment modalities and populations, particularly in managed care settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology, enhancing the delivery of remote services.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a supportive work atmosphere, our benefits package includes:
