• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific challenges, including grief, anxiety, and depression.


• Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that promote coping strategies and emotional resilience.


• Work collaboratively with medical personnel, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to ensure a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to patient care.


• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance documentation, using secure electronic health record systems.


• Participate in regular case conferences, supervision sessions, and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and therapeutic advancements.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
