• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand each client’s mental health history and current concerns.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based modalities tailored to meet specific psychological needs.
• Deliver personalized psychotherapy sessions utilizing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Monitor client progress methodically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health status.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide services to clients who may face barriers accessing traditional in-person sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation that complies with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops, webinars, and peer reviews, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective and empathetic interactions with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a non-judgmental, supportive stance towards clients while addressing their concerns.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a busy caseload and handle administrative responsibilities with efficiency.

• Experience working in a private practice setting is highly desirable.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized certifications relevant to mental health treatment will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic modalities is preferred.
