• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.


• Provide timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.


• Utilize advanced screening tools as indicated by the clinical team to facilitate effective diagnosis and intervention planning.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.


• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing your expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards.


• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to align resources and facilitate client access to care.


• Maintain open communication channels within the clinic and with external stakeholders to promote the agency's mission and ensure quality service delivery.


• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote mental health initiatives, explore partnership opportunities, and secure additional funding sources.


• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, participating in workshops, and representing the agency at relevant events.


• Embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all professional interactions and client engagements.


• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the goals of the organization.

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those with developmental disabilities, and clients experiencing emotional distress or navigating life transitions. Your therapeutic interventions will play a critical role in promoting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.


• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is mandatory, which allows you to practice within the state of Washington.

• Experience in community mental health settings or working with diverse populations is highly preferred.


• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and client-centered approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.


• Previous involvement in case management and multidisciplinary team collaboration will be beneficial.
