• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.


• Provide crisis intervention services and engage in cooperative efforts with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care for clients experiencing acute distress.


• Maintain precise clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment summaries, adhering strictly to regulatory guidelines.


• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to empower them with effective strategies for managing their mental health conditions.


• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to measure the efficacy of treatment plans and adjust them as necessary to improve client outcomes.


• Stay current with industry research and evolving best practices, ensuring that your clinical approach incorporates the latest developments.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, varying based on qualifications and experience.
