As a licensed Mental Health Therapist at Charlie Healthcare Services, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. • An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).


• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in fields related to Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships effectively.


• Exemplary cultural competence, enabling you to work sensitively with clients from various backgrounds.


• Excellent time-management and organizational skills to ensure prompt and thorough documentation of client sessions.

• Experience in telehealth services, adapting traditional therapy methodologies for remote delivery.

• Prior work within hospice or palliative care settings, providing end-of-life counseling is a plus.
