• Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients facing mental health challenges in the context of substance abuse treatment, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).


• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective and lasting recovery.


• Implement solution-focused interventions that empower clients to navigate their recovery, including teaching coping strategies and problem-solving skills.


• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring that patient records meet regulatory standards and reflect up-to-date treatment strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.


• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary structure that ranges from USD 60,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. For full-time positions, salaries range from USD 115,000 to 130,000, while part-time positions offer salaries between USD 60,000 to 70,000.
