<p>Join WCS Healthcare Partners as an Advanced Practice Professional (APP) in Cardiac Electrophysiology. This position supports medical/surgical services, outpatient practice, and hospital-based cardiology and electrophysiology teams. Collaborate with experts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for both inpatient and outpatient care.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Collaborate with hospital cardiology and electrophysiology teams to develop and implement treatment plans.</li> <li>Write History & Physicals (H&P’s) for Electrophysiology surgeries and assist in consultations.</li> <li>Provide coverage for stress lab, CCTA, and cardiac MRI.</li> <li>Manage implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders) in the inpatient setting.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive care for patients with arrhythmias, including anti-arrhythmic drug therapy and anticoagulation management.</li> <li>Support hospital cardiology and electrophysiology teams by assisting with inpatient consultations, care coordination, and management of hospitalized patients.</li> <li>Participate in stress lab procedures.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Employed position with a competitive compensation plan and benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, and paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.</li> <li>Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.</li> <li>Board certification.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-year experience in Cardiology required.</li> <li>Experience in Electrophysiology preferred.</li> <li>No new graduates.</li></ul><p>Join a physician faculty group affiliated with an academic hospital offering a community feel and top-notch facilities.
