Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking activities. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors. Prepare quotations and sales orders. Follow up on open quotes and sales leads to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system. Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution. Meet or exceed established sales targets and activity metrics. Assist in customer retention, and account growth initiatives. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Two years of fire protection industry experience preferred. Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical experience preferred. Valid drivers license preferred. Sales and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Time management and organization Problem solving and critical thinking Verbal and written communication Attention to detail New customer acquisition Sales revenue growth Quote-to-order conversion rate Customer retention rate CRM activity compliance Monthly and annual sales goal attainment Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and telephone. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
