- Schedule: Light call, approximately 7 days/month
- Hours/Week: Standard full-time hours
- Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible for VT licensure)
- Experience: Not open to new grads with less than 1 year experience; preferred candidates with experience in urology
- Travel & Reimbursements: Travel and licensure reimbursements available as applicable
Pay & Benefits- Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

What You'll Do- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections
- Perform surgical procedures utilizing modern operating rooms, with preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up
- Provide hospital and emergency room consultations, collaborating effectively with the care team
- Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner at a single-site practice
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation following hospital policies and state regulations
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
What You Need- Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 1-year experience in urology preferred; not open to new grads without experience
- Ability to perform surgical procedures and outpatient management of urologic conditions
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
