Operations Apprentice - Manufacturing

Heeter is currently hiring multiple positions within the production environment. You bring the work ethic and we will train the skill!

• Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated machinery and equipment.
• Use technology interface to learn how to run machinery effectively and efficiently
• Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.
• Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

• 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm
• 2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
• potential for overtime and weekends

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine
• Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning
• Ability to work well in a group or individually

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
• Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
• Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
